Create free accountTitle: Horse Hauling – RCMP Musical Ride The Royal Canadian Mounted Police requires Livestock Hauling Services for RCMP’s Musical Ride 2018 Tour Year. Transportation is required for thirty-six horses, feed, and equipment involved in the Musical Ride tour. Hauling will be executed throughout Canada and potentially the United States. Any resulting contract shall be for a period of one (1) year with the option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. Work will be performed on an “as and when requested” basis using Task Authorizations. Proposals will be evaluated using mandatory criteria. The responsive proposal with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for contract award. This requirement is subject to the following Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement - CFTA There is a security requirement associated with this work. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. The Ineligibility and Suspension Policy and integrity clauses are being incorporated in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
