Other TSPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the stream for 2.12 Evaluation Services Consultant, that have not been invited to submit a proposal may contact the contracting authority to receive the bidding document and submit a proposal. Description of the requirement The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) requires the professional services of a (1) evaluator meeting the senior level of expertise in accordance with the Public Services and Procurement Canada TSPS Supply Arrangement flexible grid to perform the evaluation of the Formative Evaluation of Canada’s Development Assistance on Extractives and Sustainable Development." Security Requirement There is no Security requirement for this requirement.
