The purpose of this assignment is to review and assess the existing proactive and reactive tree maintenance programs and provide recommendations on options to develop robust maintenance programs for streets, parks, and naturalized areas. This work will include a review of the existing contract and in-house delivery model and must be conducted inclusive of resource, facility and equipment requirements.
