.1 The City of Toronto Parks & Recreation (P&R) is seeking proposals from irrigation design, supply, and installation companies (“Proponents”), or multi-disciplinary teams led by irrigation design and installation companies, for the design, supply, installation, and post-construction warranty management of a new irrigation system at Tam O’Shanter Golf Course. .2 The base scope of work includes, but is not limited to, working with the existing irrigation pumping system and alternate water supply to develop an irrigation system capable of meeting the golf course irrigation requirements to maintain healthy turf and move various products into the root zone.
