The Supplier is required to provide full professional and technical services as follows: Page 2 of 2 Updated 20210930 a) Preparation of a Park District Vision and Plan for the new Six Points park district consisting of four new park sites in the vicinity of the future new Etobicoke Civic Centre b) Detailed design and construction of two new parks in the park district (Six Points Park Expansion and 3780 Bloor St W - Dunkip Park) including all project delivery phases from background review through to contract administration and warranty. Note: the intention is to have one overall project schedule that defines the delivery of both park sites. This will be prepared and priced as two separate tender packages for each of the two park sites. Separate pricing for each project site is requested in the Pricing Form and for invoicing purposes and project tracking. The two projects may be bundled and tendered for construction together.
