Overview of Deliverables for Successful Bidder: • Create a Divisional Outcomes Framework (henceforth referred to as the 'Framework') for the Social Development, Finance and Administration Division through a collaborative approach that includes document reviews and consultations with key senior SDFA staff and management. The finalized Framework should relate to the programs and services led by all SDFA units. • Pilot the Framework with at least four of SDFA's existing programs/services.
