This nRFP is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the "City") to prospective vendors to submit Bids for the provision of Operations and Maintenance Services at the Dufferin Organic Processing Facility (DOPF) located at 75 Vanley Crescent, Toronto, ON M3J 2B7.
