Intelligent automation (IA) includes a range of technologies from robotic process automation (RPA) to workflow automation, low-code application development, process mining and intelligent document processing. The goal of this procurement is to establish an on-demand vehicle for IA practitioners who are well-versed in business process management (BPM), robotic process automation (RPA) and low-code application development, specifically on the Appian platform.
