The department has a requirement for the provision of professional services in support of Digital Platform Modernization (DPM) Phase 3 (P3) Client Experience Platform (CXP). The CXP will eventually replace custom, outdated and/or unintegrated client-facing portals and tools with modern digital capabilities, creating a unique "front door" to IRCC and making it easier for clients to interact with the Department online.
