EI Service Delivery Modernization: The assigned resource shall: • Assist the Business architecture team in identifying an appropriate structure for process roles • Finalize a process classification framework adapted to ESDC's benefit processing programs, leveraging industry practices • Identify process groups requiring modeling, in preparation for EI Service Delivery Modernization planning phase • Work collaboratively with the Business architecture team to consolidate existing process artefacts into IGrafx • Recommend a set of standardized process model views, prioritized according to transformation stages. | Government contract · CanPursue
