The main objective, in support of Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) mandate to improve Canadian’s quality of life, is to provide strategic advice to the Chief Financial Officer Branch (CFOB) in the maturation of its Enterprise Project Management Office. This includes the transition, development, implementation and design of key Project Management activities such as the creation of an Office of Strategic Management (OSM). In order to do so, CFOB requires a resource with significant and extensive experience with the integration of core Project Management functions within an OSM; strategic planning, performance management, portfolio management, benefit management and risk management. | Government contract · CanPursue
